Sanjoy is a seasoned business executive with 30 years of experience guiding global enterprises in digital transformation journeys.

He has led, shaped, and delivered 50+ complex engagements orchestrating intelligent automation, AI/ML, data science, technology, and end-to-end process and operating model optimisations to transform core business functions in back, middle, and front offices. Senior leadership roles in IBM, DXC, Wipro, and Genpact with a successful track record of setting up and scaling first-of-a-kind businesses.

Known to be a results-focused leader, trusted advisor, innovation realist, and change partner. MBA and Chemical Engineer, currently pursuing doctoral studies in Gen AI.
